Jay Z and Beyonce

Both legendary artists in their own rights, Jay Z and Beyoncé will be back in Vancouver for their second round of their co-headlining stadium tour, On The Run II Tour. The husband and wife just released their joint album, Everything Is Love exclusively on the streaming platform Tidal. They perform at Rogers Arena on October 2.

Hailing from Vancouver itself, this post-punk band has long cemented themselves as one of Canada’s most iconic music groups. They have an extensive catalogue that spans more than 30 years, featuring hits like “I Go Blind” (which was famously covered by Hootie and the Blowfish in the 1990s), “Ocean Pearl,” and “One Day In Your Life.” 54-40 performs at the Commodore Ballroom on October 5.

After they each worked on some solo projects over the last couple of years, the futuristic R&B group released their latest collaborative effort, Hive Mind, this summer. They play at the Commodore Ballroom on October 25.
