Vancouver Comes Alive for the Year End Festivities

Bachata Thursdays

Every Thursday, check out Bachata Thursdays and get in touch with your Latin Passion. There’s even one so close to the end of the year. On Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Mangos Lounge on Howe Street. The event starts off with free lessons at 8:30 PM, for an hour, followed by opening up the floor for some good old dancing. Keep in mind this is at 19+ event, and admission can range from free to $10.

Ghostly Gastown Tour

Maybe you are in the mood for something a little less lively? On Friday, December 28, 2018, check out head over to the angel statue at Waterfront Station for a Ghostly Gastown Tour into Vancouver’s history. Admission is $20, and the tour starts promptly at 7:30 PM. All minors under the age of 12, must be accompanied by an adult. Enjoy these events either for the supernatural elements or the deep dive into the history of the Vancouver area. New Year’s Eve 2018

And of course, something for every adult to enjoy. Pop on over to the Magic Spirit Yacht at Pacific Boulevard and hop on to the water vessel for a night of fun on Vancouver’s local waters.
